pm plan scheduling

Dear Expert,

One pm scheduling date is 01.07.2012 but the same date order had not released ,after tat i  hav released manually on 09.07.2012 ,but problem is tat user want report to higher authorities same date(01.07.2012)ony,I want to know why the  pm order has not released automatically wt are the probabilities.could anyone clarify this issue. plz find attachement.

Hi Ganesh ,

Please check that in SPRO at :

PM & CS - > MAintenance and Servifce Orders - > Funcitons and settings for order types - > Configure order types .

you have ticked the checkbox for release immediately .if not check this box for the order type .

1. As told in previous post, Check the settings in configuration.

IMG - Plant Maintenance & Customer Service - Functions & Settings for Order types - Configure Order Types (T-Code -- OIOA)

2. If you are using EHP 4 version, in Maintenance plan, you have the option as Do not Release Immediately. For that plan, it might have selected.

3. Using which t-code, you running the scheduling of maintenance plan?? IP10 or IP30? In IP30, you have option as Immediate Start for all. Consider that option also.
