"Add to My Home" on Android Smartphone

Hello,

I'm trying to download a document to my Android Smartphone.

However on the smartphone when I long-press a document under "Browse" I only get the "Info" Icon and no "Add to my Home" icon.

There is a document at the Mobile category.

The version of the BO server is 4.0 sp04.

mobi.properties is configured with

androidphone.corporateCategory=Mobile

and clientsettings.properties has the line

offlineStorage=true

the document is saved on the Mobile corporate folder.

The user has relevant permissions for both the BusinessObjects Mobile application and the category folder.

When I try to download a a document using the Ipad, I can do so.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solved by SAP - a restart of the server is required after changing mobi.properties.
