Hi,
We currently have an SRM 5.0 system connected and working with our ECC 6.0 EHP4 one without issues. We want to upgrade SRM to 7.01. The only SRM functionalities we need are PLAN DRIVE PROCUREMENT (with Plant Maintenance) and SELF-SERVICE PROCUREMENT (Classic). We are having a hard time to see if ECC 6.0 EHP4 would be compatible with SRM 7.01 based on the Software Component matrix xls file for SRM 7.01 available through the marketplace as it's hard to interpret as you can see in the next excerpt from the file:
X = REQUIRED | ||
Plan Driven Procurement | Self-Service Procurement
with Plant Maintenance | Self-Service Procurement Classic
SAP ERP Backend Systems | X | X |
- SAP R/3 ENTERPRISE 47X110 | X | X |
- SAP R/3 ENTERPRISE 47X200 | X | X |
- SAP ERP 2004 | X | X |
- SAP ERP 6.0 | X | X |
- EHP 4 for SAP ERP 6.0 | X | X |
- EHP 5 for SAP ERP 6.0 | X | X |
Does this mean that our EHP4 ERP 6.0 won't be compatible with SRM 7.01 unless we upgrade to EHP5? Or does this mean that any of these ERP listed versions work?
I'd appreciate if anybody has the answer.
Thanks and regards
Hi,
I second Recardo. There is no issue with EHP 4 package. You can carry on with it.
Though it's good if you can upgrade to EHP 5 or EHP 6. Latest versions of ECC by SAP.

Hello,
There are no restrictions when integrating SRM 7.01 and ECC with EHP4.
It works fine and it is fully supported as well.

Ricardo
