CCMS alerts

Hi all,

I recently installed Solution Manager 7.1 and I am configuring it. I  want to create alerts in CCMS for other systems for system down and data archieving like that. I am not able to find any document relating to CCMS. So can you share any docs on this or guide me how can I create alerts in CCMS.
