Hi,

The picking Quantity always within the limit of delivery quantity,i.e. equal or less than the delivery quantity other wise system will give the Error message.

Just to add to your post, if Delivery quantity is not equal to Picked quantity PGI can not take place.

above i have tried to explain how avoid the error message, it will not come if the picking quantity equal or less the delivery quantity and we can save the DN, Yes for PGI  picking quantity should be equal to delivery quantity

picking quantity is larger than than the order quantity

System will always propose only delivery quantity and not picking quantity automatically.  Ensure it is not user mistake.  Moreover, to my knowledge, system will throw the error saying Picking quantity is larger than Delivery quantity but in your case, it is order quantity and I wonder whether it is a standard error message.  Please update what is the error message number.
