Upload file at MIGO

Hi Guys,

We have a Brazilian requirement for army products to store & retrieval of Inspection Records / Reports which were used during Goods Receipt in MM i.e QA32 / or MIGO  Transaction.

Can anyone help how can we achieve this as we are implementing DMS in ECC 6.0 on EHP 5 or EHP 6, if it's necessary.

The purpose is to store records while doing Goods rec. At any time in future the army would be able to ask us to pull out PDF copy of inspection reports as certified.

Hi Antonio,

DMS is not at all a recommended solution for your requirement!!

Further,MIGO does not support DMS file attachment. Instead,you may want to look at storing your PDF files in the MIGO transaction via the GOS icon at the top left corner(search for Archivelink in the forum for enabling this utility).
