SLA: MPT & IRT status in Solution Manager 7.1

Dear Experts,

When I create an IRT Incident status is set equal to 100%. And the MPT,

in turn, begins to calculate the time from 0%, but does not stop, and the

choice of status, which should stop the calculation. In addition the

calculation continues after 100%(as in note 1691338). Please suggest how to resolve this

issue? The only note that was found on this topic - 1705846, but its

implementation has not helped, although implemented correctly.

Hi, it would help to check table AIC_CLOCKNAME at SM30 TCODE.
