Problem with display of number range in a table.

Hello All,

Whenever I enter a number range in a table for display of material or product it always neglects higher limit.

For example if we give Prod.Hierarchy ( Field PRDHA) 07815* - 07826* as range then it shows all entries starting from 07815* but does not show entries with 07826* but instead it would show 07825*. This means higher limit is always neglected while displaying from the range.

This is also applicable for product field, checked in APO and ERP also behaves.

Is this the standard behavior of SAP?

Shrikant,

This means higher limit is always neglected while displaying from the range.

It is not ignoring the upper limit.  You haven't specified an upper limit that is specific enough for the search to find additional entries.  This functionality is standard;  I don't know what other results anyone could expect.  The results are all between the lower limit and the upper limit that you specified, as they are supposed to be.

If you want to see the 07826XXXXXXXXXXXXX entries in your example, use an explicit upper limit (without wild cards).
