Hi all,

I'm developing an interactive form that display a table (from R3), when the number of rows are so big, the page, not display all the info. Now, when this problem appears, the interactive form will be generate a new page with the next info. For example, if the page 1, cut the info in the 5th row, the page 2 start from the 6th row.

This is the problem, if some could help me, thanks.

hi,

with regard to your problem, now you have to take of both the Master pages and the Body pages.

Now lets come to case where you like to have header and footer also.

first you have to set the content area for the Body page and that can be done in the Master page, like go to the Master Page and click on the content area and adjust the size so as you could use for ur header details.

Now similarly adjust at the bottom so as to display the footer. the go to the Body page and you can see the content area as being adjusted or set in the Master Page.

Now you please follow this link.

this might solve ur problem as you mentioned first page ends with 5 rows and the next page would start with the 6 row.

let me know if any further questions.

Thanks

Hi ,

Try to change font size to "8" which will show all rows.

Hi Nanda,

If the query's return a table with a hundred of row, will be show the info across many pages, so changing the size is not the answer.

Thanks,

Hi,

For example, if you have to create a purchase order, and subsequently you want to generate a document in PDF, you know that the order have a header and a set of detail rows, and other info.

Now for example, if the header and the rest of data hold big part of the page, and the order have aprox 100 items, and also, you have to include the space for the signature, and other thinks.

Obviously the "detail" is the query, so, is not standar, speaking about the number of rows, and in some cases will be need more than a page.

Thanks agains for your interest.

Jorge.

Hi,

Do you need header and footer/signature in every page? If so,you have to place the header and footer in master page .And adjust the content area position and size such that it will fit between the header and footer. In the body page the place the item information.
