Ca85n without change number

Hi all.

I have next problem.

I have routing, that already was changed with change number.

Than I want create mass change one of standard value

in TCODE CA85N without change number but the system create message E CPWB810

Some task lists cannot be changed, since you do not have authorizations

BUT I have SAP_ALL profile on this system.

How can I do mass change without change number?

I have the same error changing routing with ca85n. Have you found a solution for this problem?

thank you, but how could you use LSMW to change already existing routing? isn´t it to transfer data from another systems to SAP, and, doing so, to create new data in SAP?

You can use the recording method. Direct input method is used to create new data but recording can be used to change the already existing data.

Change using CEWB for BOM and routing.

Or else try LSMW or BDC.

About CEWB I have already answered.

We don't want use LSMW.

Any other ideas.

Hello Eduard,

The message CPWB810 normally occurs if you want to maintain a routing without change number, which has change history. If you have the history flag (FLG_ECM) in table PLKZ then you will not able to change the routing without a change number, You need to enter a change number.

Dear Eduard,

If my understanding is correct,then I guess a field exit(by making the Change number as

mandatory)should be used for accessing CA85N,wherein the system always allows to proceed only if

change number field is filled with a valid data.

Check and revert back.

From what I know, mass change transactions for routing won't let you change unless you enter a change number (ECN) if they have already been changed with an ECN. But CA02 does not have that checking feature.

Dear,

Go to OP5A select Field selection: Task list header then click on PP/QM task lists: header screens

here you will get Change Number PLKOD-AENNR double click on.

Click on Influencing Button then double click on Transaction Code

Here, select the "Change No." as required and in the Contents filed, put CA02 and Pres Enter.

Afterwards put CA85N and Press enter.After that press on Influences Button.

Here you can see that the Transaction Code - Change number is mandatory for CA02 and CA85N save the same and come back.

Dear,

OP5A Field selection: Task list overview then PP task lists: initial screen click  on Influencing Button then double click on enter here transaction code CA02 and make  Change Number RC271-AENNR as mandatory and press enter after that Influences Button.

Come back and enter T code CA85N in Contents field and make RC271-AENNR as Required field and press enter and check Influences Button come back and save the entry in TR.

After that check results.
