Messages stuck in queue

Hi All  Its ECC to SRM integration through PI with proxt to Proxy scenario. The messages are processed successfully both in ECC and PI but when messages reached SRM it gets failed with "Application Error" but when restarted manually it gets processed successfully.The user used to call proxy is RFC user it has all the authorizations.

Please help me in solving this issue

just in case - change the user in the channel for the one which you use to restart the message from the queue
