Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue, there is a incomplete log while saving sales order.

Incomplete log: Description is missing.

Now when I am adding the description to the material an pop up occurs saying that: Reqested delivery date is earlier than 8-day minimum date of----.

I am adding descrption to service item. (we need to bill the sales order which has both product and service, here service item is showing overall status in line item as open whereas for product overall status is complete)

Kindly let me know what to do here in the issue.

this is the error.

(Requested delivery date is earlier than 8-day minimum date of 24.07.2012

Message no. ZR000

Diagnosis

No Latest  Firecall  request  present in the case.

System Response

FireCall  Access Denied.

Procedure

Manual Update in the  remedy case as  'FOXCONN FIRECALL REQUEST'

If  you still have any issues Contact System Administrator.)

This is not a standard error but due to some coding developed by your ABAPer.  Check with them and find out the root cause of the issue.

Just want to know that why the item line overall status  for service is open where as for product its complete.

Probably for the product, the delivery is created? For service item, I think no billing has been created in the system. Highlight the service item and click on the document flow button to get the details.
