Confirmations created with 'Create Confirmation' not posted in the backend

Hello,

We are upgrading form SRM .50 to SRM 7.01 stack 5 and we have the follwoing problem. Our purchasers need to have central confirmation to be able to receive PO's of all users. For that purpose we have assigned Create Confirmation (or this might be standard in the Purchsing menu). When we create, however, a confirmation using Create Confirmation the goods receipt is not posted in the backend!

Hello AS,

Did you set up Goods Receipt partner profiles in SRM and ECC through WE20?  Also, Do you see IDOCs generated in SRM system. You can find out from WE02 and IDOC type would be MBGMCR.

Please advise.

Hi Ritesh,

The partner profiles are generated and I see the idoc. The goods receipt is also posted in ECC but the status of the confiramtion stays approved whic his why Return delivery isn't activated when selecting the goods receipt.

Hi AS,

Please select the Goods Receipt line item in order to have Return delivery button activated. Goods Receipt created in SRM shows status approved. As you said that GR is also posted in Backend ECC so thats about it.. Please try executing BBP_GET_STATUS_2 for that particular shopping cart in case if it is not schedule to have the document updated and synced.

Hi Ritesh,

Please have a look at the screenshots below. First screenshot you will see that that the status is approved and that the button Return Delivery is not available on selecting the shopping cart.. Second screenshot status is Posted in the backend and the return delivery is available when selecting the shopping cart:

Hi Ritesh,

I saw that thread you sent me but the notes provided are not applicable to our system. It seems that we don't have the problem in our QAS system but it needs further testing. Thanks again for your help!
