Hi Chandreshekar,

Apart from everybody's inputs,

i would like to suggest you to do the following:

open control panel-->java-->settings-->delete files-->delete the temperoroy files.

please try this.

we were also facing the similar issue some time back.

SAP suggested to try this.

it is working perfectly fine now.

please let me know if you face any issues.

Amar

Hi Chandradsekhar,

I had also faced the same issue with IE9. In my case it was purely a compatibility issue. SAP has provided a note for this issue.I am not able to find it now.

This is pure JVM issue.  Please maintain one JRE version and delete the other ones. Check what jre version Mozilla uses and use the same for IE. see if that helps.

Hi,

Open your IE9 and go to Tools->Internet Options. Just disable the proxy setting in that and go to Advanced tab in that and make sure the Java version enabled is the same as the JRE version in your system.

Here we are using 7.31 Version, I have checked in Control pannel for Java and only 1.6 Version been maintained. It opens in FireFox and not in IE.

Then this is purely IE 9 version browser issues. If you are not keen on using IE 9 then use IE 8.

You might need Java 6 update 24 at least to run on your IE 9 browser.

Please refer this link

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/iecrash.xml?jre=6.0&printFriendly=true&printFriendly=true

Also feel free to post questions in microsoft forum to find out the jvm version compatible for IE 9.

Hi Chandrashekar,

If it opens in Firefox and not in IE then it is your IE proxy settings.

Crosscheck your proxy settinggs and try again.

Thanks,
