logo in stardard repsonse email

Hi,

we have a requirement from business if we can add logos in Standard response emails defined in EIC.

Can it possible?

Yes you can add logos in the standard text.

you can add the image to the sap and then use that logo in the standard text.

No you have to configure the standard text which you will be adding in your spro configuration.

There you can ask the developer to add the logo using coding into that standard text.

Before that the logo needs to be uploaded into the SAP through se78.

In SPRO,if you navigate the eic columns you check the application functions->basic settings->define standard response for emails.

you need to coinfigure  a standard reply name and map it to a standard text.

you can then ask the abaper to insert the logo using standard abap commands.

Can you let me know the start point of coding.

I checked there is not standard Badi for this - do we need to write own code(FM) to pull the logo before sending email out.
