local request issue

hi expert, i am new to basis, one of the user always make local request although package has been assigned to him..so every time i need to go Tp copy..

kindly help in this situation

Please go to tcode SE80,

Select the package which is assigned to the user  , in the properties tab , add the transport layer which is assigned to the transport route in STMS.

It will then create transportable request rather than local request.
