Lists in Sales & distribution processing:-

1.VA05 - List of Sales order

2. VL06O - Outbound delivery monitor - Picking,GI,List deliveries.

3.VA05 - List of Billing documents

4.V.15 - Display back-orders (Sales)

5.VL04n - Delivery due List.

Hi,

you can get through SAP Standard report.

VA05 - List of sales order by selcting the radio button for open order or all orders.

VL06O - Outbound delivery monitor. Here you have choice of selction on outbound.

thanks for your reply, i'm getting the list but it shows all orders wether it is opened or finished.

when i check the document flow this show last line open. what will be the issue ?

Hi,

Make sure you selected the Open Sales Order radio button in order for you to view only list of open order.

For Open sales Order List - Use T-Code- VA05N & Click on radio button - Open sales Order

For pending order from delivery point of view - Use T-Code VL06O(Outbound Delivery manager.
