SAP Crm Sales 2.01 - > create buttons invisible on prod system !!

Hello,

Everyting works fine on test system, after transporting everything to prod system ( they just made client copy so i need to re-deploy whole package for mobile objects to prod system) i received everyting successfuly, but all create buttons are invisible ( on IPAD ) . I can just display. No editing or creating.

Where can be the problem ? This tiny problems make me crazy!

anyone help!,

very strange, esdma generation is green!

but no create button on accounts,opp, lead, contact.

i can just receive, but can not create!!

customization is ok!

i fixed it myself again.

activated wholleee rule on rule administration.

my own packages rule was active but i activated all rule (all packages' all rule) and fixed situation.

Have you scheduled the background job for delta load? It is described in the Setup and Configuration guide.

hello problem was there was no create button. i can receive all data but can not create on mobile.

same problem occured again after subscribing again! Create buttons dissapeared from IPAD.

how can this be possible ?

should i re-generate mas_authcust or other things ?

If you are using SP02, did you check these options in SPRO

i will try windows version on my laptop now.

when i connect to test system buttons are visible, but on production system i can not see them

i will uninstall from ipad and install again.

well, on test system i didint set these edit-create and edit only section and everybutton is active.

On prod system, i tried both checking all and deleting.

When you checked these options, did you do a delta data download to DOE. Did the customization data flow to DOE ?

i always make full transportaion of customization and transaction data, it should also work right ?

What I meant was whenever you make any customization changes in Mobile Sales SPRO, it should flow to DOE.

It can be done in 2 ways:

(a) Trigger initial customization data download from CRM to DOE

(b) Trigger delta data download from DOE to CRM ( SDOE_LOAD -> Choose CRM 2.0 and choose AUTH CUST and CUSTOMIZATION data objects)

Have you done this ?

yes i tried full from crm to doe,

and delta from doe.

it doesnt work.

strange thing is, it worked after activating all rules. now it is gone after connecting to test system and re-connecting to prod system.

and it works in windows version.

Strange! if it is working on laptop, it should work for other devices also..

problem still continues, how can i fix it ?

if i delete crm_sales:2.0 objects from SDOE_WB and transport package CRM_SMARTPHONE_DO

from test to prod, will it work ?
