GRC AC 10 Rule Upload problem with function_action file

Hi SAP experts.

I have uploaded the SoD Matriz into the system through SPRO->GRC-> AccessControl->AccessRiskAnalysis->SoD Rules by choosing the different files that GRC needs to do the risk analysis.

After that, it showed a message that it said that the process had ended sucessfully, but when I went to portal, aparently every  SoD function only shows in the Action tab the last tcode from the function action file.

Let´s give you an example, I had a SoD function AP01 that looked like this in that file:

AP01  FK01 0
AP01  Xk01  0

Then, after the uploading process, it only shows tcode XK01 on action tab.

In addition, I have created these files like in the AC 5.3 version.(I have attached the file)

Do you have any idea related with this?

Hi dear colleagues.

Firstly, thanks for your support.

I solved the problem as I detail below:

- I ´ve created the rules as txt ANSI

- I´ve deleted the logical operator ANDin those cases that applies

- Also I´ve deleted specific range values, in AC 5.3 you have to repeat the same value (i.e. ACTVT 01 01 0)

- Finally, I declared the files for SAP_R3_LOG system.

Im not sure your file is correct, you should verify that file is tab delimited.

Create a new excel, type all info and save as text (Tab delimited) (*.txt).

First of all, thanks for your support.

But I couldn´t correct my issue.

Also I tried to overwrite but it was even worst. In addition, I attached some images that shows the process that I followed.

do you have any clue related with the issue?I would be delighted with the answer.

Let me know what option you have used while uploading the Rules. Idealy you should use 'Append' option.
