unable to logon to SAP systems after installing SAP GUI 7.30

Hi, I have installed SAP GUI 7.30 from the portal /go/sapgui. now i am unable to logon to any of the SAP systems. I get loadbalacing error.

any ideas how to solve the issue.

Hi,

i am able to logon now. I ran the SAP GUI connectivity update from RUN advertised programs and the problem is solved now.

If you are getting this as  a GUI popup, then this is not a GUI issue.

Did you check the saplogon.ini file is in the correct path?

Hi Kams,

Please check whether the system is up or not. If it is Windows use SAPMMC.
