Internal error while importing idoc into PI DEV server from SAP-ISU system

Hi Experts,

While trying to import an idoc, I can see the list of all idocs in SAP-ISU system.

Then I try to use the scroll tab in list of idoc window  to find the idoc I need to import for in my dev SAP-PI system.

Here it comes a new window with message "internal error".  IR hangs after this nothing works.

Our development system has been recently cloned from old development server.

Not sure if some settings is missing . I am working in PI 7.0 . Java versions 1.4,1.5 and 1.6 are installed in my local system.

PI server is working fine otherwise. All objects are getting activated too.

Please kindly let me know if any of you have resolved such errors.

Regards

Anupam

Hi ,

Thank you so much for your kind response.

The problem is resolved now. I reinstalled java and restarted my system.

I guess there was a driver related problem between windows 7 and  SAP-PI display screen of IR.

Anupam

Hi Anupam, does the Idoc importing windows work fine with another R3 system.

Did you try to write the Idoc name in the filter field?

regards,

  Juan.
