Disabling Last Name and First Name Fields in User Self Service

Hello,

I am using SRM 7.0. I would like to know how the fields on the Personalization may be disabled for the portal user. This is in the self service section.  Personalization is found under the Home tab. In particular, I would like to disable the  fields Last Name and First Name listed under Personal Data. Is the editing of these fields role-based? Does anyone please know the Web Dynpro component and view where these fields may be disabled? When I right click on either field, I don't see the technical help that usually gives the WebDynpro component and view name.

I am not sure if I may use the BADI WD_BADI_DOMODIFYVIEW or not.
