Processing kp26

is there not a collective transaction on SAP to do a bulk kp26 ?

Hi Una,

Create a LSMW for same.

KP26 bulk update can be done by LSMW.

Hi Pranav,

Thanks for all your help.

Let me explain my scenario to make it clear:

During a Planning cycle the following needs to be maintained daily to ensure correct Profit Centre view

CJR2  - planning per project / per cost centre/ activity type.

I poplulate  Plan per month and save.

I then go to KP26 after planning.

The planning per month I did on CJR2 is now showing under Act. sched.

I then copy ACT. SCH to PLAN ACTIVITY - MANUALLY for each combination

This then makes the activity type Recon = zero.

Problem:

Copying ACT. SCH to PLAN ACTIVITY - MANUALLY for each combination takes a lot of time and effort.

I tried creating an LSMW but it didnt work. It seems like since the Act. sched is grayed out, LSMW is not able to copy from that column and paste into the Plan Activity column.

So I am stuck.

Your advice is appreciated.

Hi Una,

As much as I understood, you copy data from ACT. SCH and paste it to plan activity for each combination.

Instead of copying from source during lsmw-

1. Make lsmw for updating data in CJR2 & KP06.

2. Sync both to be uploading files.

or

1. take dump of details in excel( by report or from table).

2. paste in excel file, to be uploaded in KP06.
