Hi,

I have a contract and whose data can be seen partially in VEDA. Means suppose the contract have 5 line items. The VBRP is showing all the line items, but when it comes to VEDA is picking only 4 items .

i also like to clarify, the same document type I have used earlier, but never had this kind of discrepancy.

When VBRP can get the details, then why not VEDA ?

i tested same case in my sand box ,

please check one think, you have 5 line item , but at table VEDA, its comes 4 line item , item this four line item contract data will different , also 2 line item contract is same . so one line item it will not show . check which line item it will come , and also check each line item contract data at item level compare, i think 2 line contract data i will same , 

you will check  item level contract data for 5 line items data , then you will find , that line item

please check it and conform

I have created one contract with BOM concept and found that in VEDA table, only one line item is flowing.  Is this your case also ??

No, it is not

Created a contract with 6 line items

only 5 line items are coming in VEDA

all 6 line items can be seen VBRK

We have customized YVF04, where only these 5 are flowing and the sixth one is not.

when we drill down and probed, found the table from where the contract data is pulled is not populated for the sixth.

So again repeating , why VEDA is not populating all the six line items ?

please check the 20, 25 line item contract data at item level , then you can here some thing is same another line items , 10,15,4000,4005 line item contract data at item level is different ,

please check contract data at item level,

i am saying , you contract data VEDA , tables comes only FOUR line item that is 10,15,4000,4005

let me check my testing , i create the 6 line items contract , then i check the VEDA table it show only one line item , like below screen

then , i can change the VA42 level , at second line item data , contract tab Val.period.category as a 01 6 months to 02 1 Year . then i will check the VEDA table data , now it show , only 20 line item data , check screen

here system will show the 20 line item only , because i change the Val.period.category field , so system this line item will show, for another line items it will not show , because that line items do not change any things ,

next i will change  Val.period.category field 02 to 01  , then check the VEDA tables , but here show 20 line item only, because once change the line item contract data , then you assign same things , it takes changes mode only , so system takes only one item (  that is changes item )

check this screen

here check all contract data will same , but system sows only 20 line item , 20 line item contract data will changes will happen , so this line only it will come .

i told you line items 10,15,4000,4005 line item contract data or another data will changes will happen , but 20.25 line item contract data , another data changes will not happen ,

so please check the changes ,

go to VA42 at menu bar environment tab here click on changes , then what are the changes happen it will shows . so you can check this, my understanding purpose that 4 line items contract data changes will happen ,

please check and conform
