GRC AC10.0 - Access Dashboards Reports are Empty

Hi,

We observed that Access Dashboards under Reports & Analytics are not
woking. When we click on links its opening sepeated window but showing
blank without any information.

This is working good in Development. Feel free to call me for any other
information.

Hi All -

I am having the same issue in all of our environments currently. I have tried the suggested note:

1686073- Complete data is not visible in Dashboard Pie chart

I do not see the GRC_AC folder available under our MIME Repository Folder Structure.

Also we are SP12 and the Note does not refer to our SP#

I have also checked the Maintain Dashboard File path that Emmanuel suggested and that table is blank.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Has the AC component been activated? Intrigued if it has and the folder is not there!

We have activated the AC component and using all of the other AC functionality but yes you are correct, the folder is not available.

Hi All,

I tried to delete the bak files but there are no bak extension files.

Solution under SAP GRC AC10.0

I solved this issue steps below and Transported DEV to QA.

1. Go to development server  spro
2. Governance Risk and Compliance
3. Go to Reporting.
4. Under this maintain dashboard file path.
5. Remove all the entries which are not customized.
6. Save
7. /nwbc- or Reports and Analysis- Access Dashboards –
   Access rule library dashboard and all dashboards will be working fine. All the
   Dashboards will show up.

If the table is empty we need to fill the table with the paths of the dash board.

Hi Harinam/Emmanuel -

We opened a message with SAP and they suggested that we implement SAP Note 1857710 - Dashboard screen is coming blank.

We were having the same issue as Emmanuel where our Dashboards were working in DEV but not in QA or PRD. Somehow the extensions on these files was different between the systems in our landscape. We are in the process of testing and transporting the Note Change through to QA now so I will provide an update on this if it addressed our issue.

Hi all,

As Saksham has mentioned, we followed the note 1686073 and checked that .swf files had a bad extension (instead ending with .swf the file end with .swf.bak).

To solve this issue, you need to right click --> Properties --> and remove the .bak extension.

Hi everybody,

I have the same issue than Sathish. I can access to the reports in Development but I can't make it in Production.

I think those notes don't apply to my case because I have SP09 installed. As I can access in Development with the same PC, I should also discard any problem with the adobe player.

Could you suggest another solution?

Hi Satish,

You can check the Adobe Flash Player under Control Pannel->Program and Feature and if its not there you can download it from the Adobe site and install it.

Have you tried opening the same link on some other machine?

If you right click on this blank screen, do you see any option?

Can you please ensure that you have run Batch Risk Analysis jobs?

Kindly mention the SP level installed on your system.

Also kindly refer the below SAP notes:
