SAP_EDIT not working

Hi Expert,

SAP_edit in se16n functionality not working after applied the support pack from level SAPKB70020  to SAPKB70026 and also i have updated the complete support pack stack as per provided by Mopz list.

Kindly suggest me, how i can back this functionality ?

Hi Shiv,

&sap_edit" function was turned off by SE16N (for security reason) see sap note Note 1115699 - CO-OM Tools: SE16N: Adapting to SE16

If you have apply the Support Package the only way to allow SAP_EDIT is apply a trick/tip or restoring your system from backup.

Try using function module se16n_interface which will give u same functionality like sap_edit
