Vendor replicated in SRM without being confirmed in ECC

Hi,

Need your help .. we are in SRM 5.0 extended classic ,

We have a situation here--> If a vendor is created in ECC it needs to be approved by T.code FK08 then this vendor is picked by the back ground job and replicated to SRM , But now newly created Vendors are replicated in SRM by the background job even if the status of the Vendor in ECC is 'Yet to be confirmed'

This was working fine earlier but we have noticed this after we have done stack upgrade in our system some 3 months back.

Can anyone please let me know if this is the SAP satndard process that Vendors need to be confirmed in ECC before being replicated in SRM or not?

if you require i can provide specific tech details of this issue.

To close this thread posting the solution , To Confirm a newly created vendor in ECC the T.Code is FK08.

We have corrected the process and issue was resolved.
