Dear Sir,

my issue is regarding PM order.

The order is set for creation ( system status:- CRTD)  after filling up necessary data.then it will go for release process  to higher authority.(system status:- REL NMAT SETC).

Now if some thing goes wrong in order and we want to change it back to previous status i.e  ( system status:- CRTD) , can we  able to do it?????

Greetings Kiran,

It is not possible to return a released work order to a SS CRTD. Once the order is released, it is deemed as being meant for execution and ought to be processed to completion.

Depending on your requirements, you might want to create a User Status Profile for any additional buisness transaction control, or use the "Put in process" and "Activate" functionality, which allows you for some business transactions (e.g. printing or creating reservations) prior to actual release.
