XML Structure change for service PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1

Dear experts,

We are using MM-SUS in SRM7,

Our issue is we are getting error "enter a Country for partner XXXXX with type Invoice Party" and not able to create PO in SUS.

root cause for this is PO created with Invoice party as partner function, if we remove this from PO in ECC and save it a new XML is sent to SUS and PO created successfully.

So we want to restrict this invoice party in XML, we are using service PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1 for transfering PO to SUS.

We want to remove invooice party fields in this xml while sending to SRM, is it possible ?

if yes please guide how to do this.

Hi,

do you really want to change the structure? Or is changing the content of the message enough?

Structural enhancements are not easy to do, or you should use PI to achieve this. If the changing of the field values is enough implement enhancement spot PUR_SPOT_SE_PURCHASE_ORDER, Badi PUR_SE_POERPREQOUT_ASYN for outbound to clear the invoice partner related fields.

From your problem description the second option will work well.
