I used IE as my browser and the problem was solved; I had been working with Chrome without problems with the Process Flow until this morning I faced the issue mentioned above.

Is Process Flow tool working for you now in chrome? If not, please revert back to us with the following details so that it would be helpful for us to investigate further on this issue.
When did you first notice this issue?

I have just tested with Chrome and worked well (in about 3 weeks I've been working with the process flow with Chrome, and yesterday was the first time I had this problem). Now I remember that yesterday before facing this trouble I received a message "connecting" and seems that it went to a loop where it took long time to leave.
