Reg:End user Request status in AC 10.0

Hello All,

The end users have stopped seeing the request status of their requests after couple of days.Is there a restriction as to how many days they can see them as I thought even after they are approved they would be able to see them in the request status as approved.

Hi Uday,

Please check below SAP Notes:

1704797 - UAM: Request status not showing requests from end user login

1692504 - End User Applications in request status require re-logon

1628387 - UAM: End User Logon application requires re-logon

Thanks for the reply.I checked and found all the notes have already been applied so looks like the issue still exists in my system.

Hi Uday,

There is no as such setting which says about the number of days for which the user can see the request status.

Can you provide some more detail on the issue. or some instances which you feel may cause an issue?

Please also mention your Support package version.

I have the same problem, request status is not visible for End user logon and when i click on the change query it works. could you please provide your valuable inputs
