GRC10 ARA - How to change Mitigated User to Inactive

Hello GRC10 Users,

We would like to know if someone else has encountered an issue with changing the Status of a Mitigated User to Inactive.  When we try to change the Status to Inactive, we receive an error that the "Valid-From date must be within Control ID valid date range".  If we change the Valid From to the current date it will allow us to change the Status to Inactive.  However, this is an audit concern because we lose the history of when the User was first Mitigated.

You can try with program GRAC_UPLOAD_MIT_ASSIGNMENTS. Create a TXT file and upload in append mode
