Hello Asif,
It's likely that there is some data already in database tables. If it's a fresh installation I would recommend to use DROP scripts to drop all WIP tables and recreate them again. After this run batch file again.
In case it's an upgrade and old database is used - just try to login and reload initial data for the site in Site Maintenance.

Actually its a fresh installation.
We have tried the first option which you suggested.
Now after setting the admin user password in InitialDaatLoad batch script, when we are trying to logon to SAP ME URL http://localhost:50000/manufacturing
we are getting the following error.
