VL02N - Processing Program missing for output

Former Member

I'm trying to set up a control type for VL02N, in wich to call a smartform I've developed but VL02N says the processing program is missing for that output type. I've done all the steps in NACE, setting the processing routines for the output type.

Has anyone had this problem?

Hi Fernando,

I'll just mention some steps I would check...

1. NACE: for the output type: program, form routine and form should be assigned.

2. Processing program: is the program active?

Which is the number of the error message you mention?

Hi Fernando,

Which is the medium informed in the message?

Do you have an entry in NACE for it?

The medium is 1, and yes there is an entry in NACE for it.

I've never had this problem before...

Strange!

Check table TNAPR in the cliente you are testing.

Do you have the correct entry for the condition type, medium 1 and application V2?

Set a breakpoint in program RSNAST00, form tnapr_lesen.

See if message VN020 is being issued here.

Hope it's useful.

The table has an entry with the correct values for medium, application and message type.

I've been able to issue the message for a different document type than the one I've been using...

Is there any connection between the document type and the output type ?

The document type may be used in the access sequence of the output type.

The error message you mentioned has a combination of condition type, medium and application.

Is the correct output type being determined? (this may vary according to the document type).

Is the correct medium being determined? (this is set in the condition record),
