402 ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT error in BWP System

<Hi Friends,

    I am getting below error (402 ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT) in source BWP system.

    This is client Proxy to File interface(BWP to File).

   

    My basis team increased parameters, still we are facing the same problem.

    Can any one please help me on how to permanently fix this issue.

Hi,

have they increased it in the defeult profile or in SXMB_ADM ?

was the system restarted ? which parameter they increased ?

    Hi Michal,

       Thanks for your inputs.

        (1) Basis team increased parameter in BWP system.

             smicm -> goto -> paramerters -> change ->icm/conn_timeout and increased its value 900.

       then system was restarted.

    (2) Basis team did no increased defeult profile or in SXMB_ADM.

      Can you please let me know the steps how to increase defeult profile or in SXMB_ADM and

         which system should we do this change i mean in source BWP or PIP system and

         also what is the use of increasing defeult profile or in SXMB_ADM..?
