Solved: Live cache fail

Hi,

When running a process chain in TCODE RSPC, the liveCache instance LCA (TCODE LC10) died.

I reviewed the following notes: 1441128, 1089541, 125953, 838505. But no we have applied the component SAPKY00008.

Attached: the respective dumps and TCODE RSPC image.

At dumpfile we can see that:

- The error occurs in the programs:

"/SAPAPO/SAPLOM_TIMESERIES"

"/SAPAPO/SAPLMSDP_PAR"

Any idea where the problem?

Sorry for the delay in responding, the problem was solved by updating the kernel level.

Hello,

1. I recommend for you to create the SAP message and get SAP support.

2. It will be helpful to know the SCM version, the liveCache version, SCM SP stack number.

If the liveCache was crashed=> following information needed - SAP note:

Also it will be helpful to check the application scenario and data consistencies of the data involved in this application scenario.

So please create the SAP message & open the connection to your system for SAP support to check the logs.
