Notifications and EMMA cases not extracted in TDMS 4.0 for IS-U

Hi all,

Has anyone recently tried TDMS 4.0 for IS-U. If Yes, did Notifications & EMMA cases got extracted from source system.

We have run TDMS 4.0 IS-U with Business Partner as input selection. While checking data we found that Notifications and EMMA are not extracted.

1) EMMA cases for these Business partners do exist in the source system. But still they are not extracted by TDMS into target. What could be the reason for

not extracting EMMA cases and how to resolve this issue ?

2) Notifications for these accounts do exist in Source system. But still they are not extracted by TDMS into target system.

Upon further investigation we found in the table "CNVMBTOBJ" the entry record for QMEL has been marked as NOT_USE , NO_TRANSFER and description as "Object De-activated Using IS Framework".  Please let us know, how to resolve this Error ?

Hi Sai,

You need to apply note 1659311 on top of TDMS 4.0 SP01 in central system and then restart a new migration package.

This note will make changes in client 000. So no effect will be there in your current TDMS package.

Hi Sai,

This applied to both the points 1 and 2.

As I mentioned earlier, the report attached to this note will change the customizing entry for base package in client 000. No impact will be there for your current package.

For rework in your current package, you need to proceed as advised in the OSS message.
