I have a web dispatcher that sits in front of a NWCE 7.11 JAVA only system running SAP Sourcing. Currently it is configured for end-to-end SSL where termination occurs on the back-end application servers. Three URLs point to the web dispatcher which then forwards requests to the backend SAP Sourcing cluster.
Lately I have had problems when accessing the URLs. The web dispatcher is set to redirect every http request to https, and there is also a redirect which adds the full URL path when browsing to the main URL. The behavior seen is very inconsistent and I am not seeing any errors in the logs. Hitting the URL from different physical locations works in some places but not in others. I have searched through SAP help for guides on recommended settings for end-to-end SSL, but have not been able to find anything useful.
I am looking for any help on web dispatcher configuration settings or on the backend ICM to help alleviate the problems. Thanks in advance!
