Hello,

i've created some "Issues" in "Continuous Improvement" in Solution Manager 4 for testing. But now i'd like to delete these "Issues" because we want to start productive. Can anyone tell me how to do this? There is a delete option in the Expert mode but it is gray.

Hello,

I had the same problem- a new solution with a lot of "test-issues" in it. I used a workaround - the report RDSMOPDELETESOLUTIONS. So I deleted the whole solution.

Probably it helps...

Hello Dolores,

thanks for reply. Unfortunately the note 566225 doesn't help me because it's for deletion of Basic Notifications. I want to delete Issues. I've found note 902008. It say deletion of Issues ist not supported yet.

Hello Sri,

thanks for these hints. I've tried report CRM_ORDER_DELETE how described in thread 2855709. It deleted my "Issue", but in "Continuous Improvement - Issues" i now have a rest of the deleted "Issue" with the entry "(No Short Text)" in column "Short Text".All other Field are blank in these row. How can i remove this from the list?
