unable to download GUI

I tried downloading the 7.30 sap gui but I am not getting any response from the marketplace. Screen goes blank. Example, if I press the object (like the "DL Manager for Windows") on the image below, I do not get anything. I only get empty space. Is there something wrong with the server or there is something wrong with my steps? pls help me to download the new gui. thank you.

Anwar, this is an autorization issue, SAP Portal only shows you whatever you have permissions for, and no more, ask for extra permissions to your account admin (you can know his/her name and e-mail in your profile)

Is it only with this download you are having issues?
Right now, I don't have this issue.

same thing. nothing is happening. all I get is blank response. no download page. nothing.

whatever I try to download, all the same frustrating situation. I tried yesterday, today, almost all the time. I tried using other browser. I even tried using other computer. All pain.

any other place where I can download this gui 7.3?

Did you check your authorization to download?

Are you able to download 7.20 or GUI patches?

You need to check with your manager if you have a valid S-user

Please be sure that you have an s-user with the right authorizations.
