SPP4.4 and 4.2 patch

Hi, I have a customer who has just installed SPP4.40, but not yet the 4.2 patch.

The issue is that when the publish simulations as work instructions the icons used in the simulation does not appear anymore. Instead a box with a red cross in appears. Can this be due to the fact that they have not loaded the patch yet. Please note that this does not happen on all simulations, but it does appear the same way on different user's machines.

Hi Natasha,

If it's not happening for all users then it doesn't look like a product bug.

Please confirm, does this occur for certain simulations for all users or just occur for certain users?

Please compare environment between users, e.g. flash, explorer version, office version, Windows version. do you notice any pattern?

You should check the following logs for errors.

##Servererrors.xml log in Collaboration\www\uPerformWS\log\

##CollabConsole.txt from \\Collaboration\logs

##Gilog.txt from  \\Collaboration\logs
