hi experts,

in my MDM console, i have a repositoriy vendor.

in the repository, i have some one main table which contains only two fields - NAME and CATEGORY (category is a taxonomy).

but my actual vendor details contain many fields.

how do i get the other fields. can i add extra fields.

The 'add field' option is only visible when the repository is in unloaded condition. could you pls explain me the procedure and the significance?

Yes Pavan , You can add extra fields but thats possible only in unloaded repository . In Loaded repository you can not do any changes .

You have to unload repository , add the field . Pls make sure to change mapping as well . then reload it .

You have to think abt populating the data into new field as well and if the data is already cleansed then reimporiting wont work . so adding new fields afterwards is lenghty and time consuming process .
