My client has an issue that a few orders are showing status as open even though they are closed. This is reflecting in his report in SAP where it is showing as open (SQ01). How to change the status as closed?
It seems you have developed some query on your own. Hence, first please take some random sale order where you feel the sale order status is showing wrongly and check in document flow. Update here what you have observed.
you can also change the status of sales order by going to change mode of order, in reason for rejection tab enter some value. this will make order to be in closed status.
