Dear All,
We are maintaining the MRP (price for the articles) in VK11 for the combination article/region.Currently all the states assigned as regions in the existing scenario.
Now the requirement is we have to maintain the MRP for the disrtict wise For example in Karnataka(state) exists as region 10 , we have to maintain seperate MRP for Mysore(disrtict) can we configure this? do we need to follow any settings after confirgured?
I found that OVK2 is for inserting the new regions please suggest on this..
Regards,
Saritgopi.

Hi Saritha - Using the standard SAP functionalities the MRP/sell price cannot be maintained at district/city level as it does not support storing the prices at these levels. You cannot able to use the standard VKP5/MM42 for maintaining these prices.
However you can think of maintaining the condition records directly using VK11 by have different access seq for condition tables with district/city. But these prices will not be reflected in the standard article master or in vkp* transactions. This may require you to create some pricing reports for the business and this will not be tied to the costs. This will be of high challenge to have any reports which has magins as cost cannot be tied up. Wrt POS transfer, still option works.
I would suggest you using the price by price list/site grouping/site level pricing and go with SAP standard. You can either create price lists for all the stores in one district or site grouping for all the stores in one district etc..... This will help in adopting all the standard SAP functionalities.
Hope this clarifies.

Hi Sarita,
Since you have already created States as Regions, you may consider OVKG(Table is T005G) and map it with the City(District in your case), and create records accordingly.
for eg
Country Region Description CityCode Description
IN KA Karnataka 0001 or MYSO Mysore
Hope it helps

Aram.
