The Sold to Party in Contract needs to be assigned as Ship to Party in the Sales order item level.

Hi Guru's

The business requirement is that the Sold to Party (Corporate) in the contract document needs to be act as Ship to Party in the Sales order.

The reason is that the contract belongs to one plant and the Sales order belongs to other plant. The Sold to Party's are different.

Ex : In VA41,

                         SP : 111,

                         SH : 111

        In VA01 :

                          SP : 222,

                          SH : 222

                          SH: 111,  in the item levels, n number of Ship to party's to be assigned.

How it is possible? Whether it is possible or not?

you would use the "Set Up Partner Determination" under the Basic Functions in Sales and Distribution (SPRO)

Hi Stephen,

it is possible by assigning different SH in customer master partner tab page. so that now when u create sales order you will get a choice a choose SH even at item level in partner tab page.
