GRC AC 10.0: Configured questions are not displayed while registering security questions for PSS

Hi All,

I was configuring the PSS service. I have configured the "Admin" security question in SPRO. While registering the security question for end user, as we know, there are 2 options for selection the questions:

1. Admin defined questions

2. User defined questions

When I click on "Add' button, and select "Admin defined questions", it does not show me the question I configured in SPRO. All of them are acitive. Please see the below screen shot:

Am I missing anything else? Please suggest me on how to solve this.

I am having the same exact issue while configuring at a client. Were you able to resolve this issue? If so, what was the fix?

I have upgraded the system to latest SP#11 and GRC Add-on to SP#9. This solved my issue.

Hi Faisal,

Please check the below defined settings:-

1. Make sure Challenge response questions are defined and active in SPRO

for PSS Self Service.
2. Test service GRAC_UIBB_END_USER_LOGIN in SICF.

3. Define these questions in laguages apt as per your requirement.

If it still results then kindly follow the SAP Note:- 1683922 to fix this problem.

Hi Faisal,

Please refer the following SAP note :-
1600374 -CUP: Admin and user questions option not configurable

1699524 -UAM: Cannot remove all the security questions from PSS

You can also ref to the below SAP Note
