Please find the below pain area's from business, would you please guide me whether its possible or not possible, if possible means in which way its possible.

1. Can the system maintain address/ fax details of customer for sending certificate of analysis
2. Does the system have a workflow feature for approval of certificate of analysis
3. Does the system keep history of approval details of certificate of analysis
4. Can the system print certificates in bulk for sending to customers
5. Can the system maintain history of Certificate of Analysis
6. Can the system maintain periods at which Certificates are required to be send to regular customers
