Dear experts,
In RRP3 view ,for Days supply & Receipts days supply fields, values are in negative say -1.87 ,-24.30 with error alerts
we are using std SAP1 & SAP2 profiles for above
How system calculates this values & interpretation of this
Please provide your valuable inputs

Hi Milind,
Days Supply
The first shortage or first date/time alert defines the days supply.
The days supply is the length of the period in which receipts and stock cover requirements.
It shows the number of calendar days until the projected stock falls below zero.
SAP1 contains total stock, all requirements and forecasts
SAP2 contains total stock and all requirements, receipts and forecasts.
You can see the ATP categories for each DOS type with transaction /SAPAPO/RRP_CVTYP
or use the menu path SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Advanced Planning and Optimization ->
Supply Chain Planning -> PP/DS -> Order View -> Define Days Supply Types.
