Hi..
I am not able to find the oracle mode in RZ20 transaction in my CRM and BI system.But it exists in my R/3 4.7 system
I checked with RZ20-> SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors>All Monitoring Contexts---Oracle not available.
Can someone tell me how to activate this??

Hello Gopal,
the "favourite" reason for this is the not activated background dispatching of the CCMS. Could you check if the Background Dispatching is activated?
