Hi All,
From time to time, we are seeing messages got stuck in all of the working threads. This causes other messages stuck in the queues with "to-be-delivered" status. The only way to clear the working threads and the queues is to restart Java. This only happens to the file receiver adapter. Does anyone have ideas about why this is happening? Also is there any way to look up the messages stuck in the working threads? I think if we can find the messages, we may be able to troubleshoot why they hung the threads.
Thanks & Regards,
Kenny
You might want to check CSS Note 1604091 Messages delivered by File/JDBC receiver stuck in DLNG state
Please check this wiki compiled by Kenny Scott. This might be the problem.

Also, you might also want to check other causes such as connectivity or file access permission on the target system and so messages stuck in queue.
